DSA president, Alison Jimenez, presented at Interpol headquarters in Lyon, France at the “New Virtual Battlefield” summit. The summit was organized by the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime: Digital Asset Task Force.
Ms. Jimenez discussed methods law enforcement, Virtual Asset Service Providers, and blockchain analytic providers can take to counter drop / money mule accounts. Ms. Jimenez also discussed the role of money mule accounts in financially motivated sextortion of children.
